Normal response time for routine matters is up to 48 hours. If you have indicated ASAP or Urgent we will attempt to respond to your request within a couple of hours. If you have not heard from us by then please log your job again.

If you can not access your website or email (cannot connect to server etc. ) please allow between 30 to 60 minutes before requesting support in case the server is being upgraded or reset.

If you can't access your email and website, but can see this website (which is on the same server as websites hosted by Amhazing) then the problem is probably your domain name, not the hosting server. Please check your domain hasn't expired.
